Healing Heart Wounds Group at St. Francis' Beginning September 10
St. Francis' Episcopal Church in Eureka will host a six-week "healing group" for those experiencing trauma, grief, and/or loss. This group, facilitated by Kelly Bigley of the Ridge Women's Ministry and Jeanne Ritchie, PA-C, of Healing Grace Clinic, uses a proven curriculum provided by the Trauma Healing Institute that has been in use for more than 20 years. The program, designed by psychiatrists, psychologists and Christian leaders, combines the wisdom of scripture, proven mental health practices, and the power of community. Sign-up is limited to a maximum of 16 people in order to maintain a small group. Only 9 spots remain (as of 7-25-24). Once the group begins, no new people can be added in order to maintain confidentiality and integrity of the group dynamic. There is no fee for this experience. Attendance is required at all sessions.
