Legislative sessions in the House of Deputies and House of Bishops began today. Two resolutions of note were passed in the House of Deputies:
- DO14 - Declaring gun violence a national health crisis.
Several deputies gave passionate testimony in favor of The Episcopal Church recognizing gun violence as a public health crisis. The resolution passed unanimously by voice vote.
