How are your budgeting needs shifting after a year of greatly diminished building use? Let's talk about strategies and solutions for building a robust, spiritually compelling Stewardship Campaign for this year.

Adaptive Leadership in Challenging Times
The upheavals of the pandemic, the economic downturn, and the renewed call to racial justice have all of us facing new needs and challenges in our faith communities. Those challenges call for new practices of leadership. Drawing on the work of Ronald Heifetz and Edwin Friedman, we'll explore the intersection of Adaptive Leadership and Family Systems Thinking to guide us to practical leadership methods and inspirations in a time of unprecedented opportunities for healthy change.

How is your faith formation going, nearing the halfway point of program year? What innovations have worked well for you, and which ones have you learned from because they fell flat? Together we'll join forces to talk best practices and new inspirations for Christian Formation for adults, children, and youth.

Community Listening
Has your faith community ever put together an event or ministry for those in need in your community and found it unused and unappreciated? What does it take to collaboratively build ministry with your community rather than at it? Come learn the practices and methods of community listening that lead to true community-based ministry, outreach, and justice work.

Rural Ministry Colloquium
Some of the richest ministry opportunities in our diocese exist in our rural communities, and we'd like to collaborate and cross-pollinate the gifts and charisms of our rural congregations. We'll be asking for the contributions of lay leaders and clergy in rural ministry contexts as well as bringing in outside expertise to continue building on the great work happening across the full breadth of our diocese!
