Episcopal City Mission (ECM) is pleased to announce its 2025 Board of Directors and Staff.

ECM is looking forward to and intentional about embracing new opportunities and challenges. We are guided by our core values of support, hope, and healing. ECM’s vision for the future is one of expanded reach, innovative programs, and strengthened partnerships. Together, we will continue to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable youth, fostering resilience, empowerment, and positive change.

ECM’s Board of Directors is leading with the intent to:
    • Expand Services and Mission to Support Youth Impacted by the Juvenile 
       Justice System
    • Improve Funding Strategies and Diversification
    • Foster Strategic Partnerships with Key Stakeholders
    • Implement Robust Tracking and Outcome Measurement Systems
    • Develop and Implement Marketing and Communication Strategies
    • Strengthen Volunteer Engagement
    • Enhance ECM Staff Training and Development Program
    • Leverage Technology to Optimize Operational Efficiency and Effectiveness
