Share Your Ministry’s Story: 2026 Convention Reports
As we prepare for the 187th Convention of The Episcopal Diocese of Missouri, November 12–14, 2026, we invite the ministries, committees, commissions, and organizations serving our diocese to share the story of their work over the past year.
Our Convention theme, “Go in peace. Go in hope. Go in love,” reminds us that the Church is continually sent into the world to participate in God’s work of healing, reconciliation, and transformation. Across our diocese, that calling takes shape through countless ministries and the faithful people who make them possible.
Ministry reports help us tell that larger story.
All diocesan-sponsored ministries and organizations are asked to submit a brief written report for Convention. Reports will be shared through the diocesan website and become part of the permanent record of our common life and ministry.
What should your report include?
Reports do not need to be long. We suggest including:
- Your ministry’s mission or purpose
- Highlights, accomplishments, and challenges from the past year
- Goals or hopes for the year ahead
- A list of committee or ministry members, if applicable
- Contact information for people who would like to learn more, get involved, or support your work
This is an opportunity not simply to report what you have done, but to celebrate where you have seen God at work and share how your ministry is going forth in peace, hope, and love.
Please submit your 2026 Ministry Report by October 16, 2026.
