2025 Bishop's Medal Nominations

The Bishop's medal is given to people who have shown a passion for ministry and those who have dedicated ministry in service to others! Please complete this form for someone in your convocation, either a lay person or a clergy person, who would like to be nominated to receive the Bishop's medal at this year's Diocesan Convention! Due by October 30.
